Airfare deals are typically only available on limited dates. We recommend you use Google Flights to find dates to fly, then book through an online travel agency, such as Orbitz or Expedia, which allows you to cancel flights without penalty by 11pm Eastern Time within one day of booking. However, if you’re using the American Express Platinum Card, you’ll need to book directly with the airline or through Amex Travel portal to get 5x MR points. Remember: Fares may disappear quickly, so book right away and take advantage of Orbitz or Expedia’s courtesy cancellation if you’re unable to get the time away from work or family.

The amazing deals to Europe don’t stop! WOW Air is offering bargain pricing on many of its routes from the US to Amsterdam, starting as low as $300 round-trips from Boston (BOW), Newark (EWR) and Pittsburgh (PIT). The West Coast is also getting some WOW love with $400 round-trips to Amsterdam from Los Angeles (LAX) and San Francisco (SFO). Other WOW US gateway cities — including Baltimore (BWI), Miami (MIA) and Chicago (ORD) — also have flights from $400 round-trip.

Dates depend on the route, but stretch from September through February. Be sure to use Google Flights when searching, as some of the cheaper fares are scattered throughout the calendar. With this deal, one-way flights price at half the cost of the round-trip, so you can find an dates easiest by searching one-way at a time. Keep in mind that WOW is a low-cost carrier (we’ve had good experiences with WOW), so you’ll be charged if you want to pick a seat or bring a large carry-on or checked bag.
